Monroe #1 BOCES's Office of School Improvement is located at the Professional Development Center in Rochester, New York.  The Office of School Improvement offers a wide variety of instructional programs.  The Office of School Improvement serves Professional Development, Academic Summer School, Driver's Education, Urban Suburban Program, Academic Decathlon, Arts in Education, Today's Students, Tomorrow's Teachers, Special Education Training Resource Center (SETRC:  Local/Regional), Teacher Center, Teacher Mentor Program, Mid-West Regional School Support Center (School Improvement and Reading First), S3TAIR, and the Rochester Area Career Education Collaborative (RACEC).
