Linking Children and Families to
Programs and Services

RECDC is a project sponsored by Monroe #1 BOCES, the University of Rochester’s Golisano Children’s Hospital at Strong, Regional Perinatal Centers, and University Centers of Excellence in Developmental Disabilities. RECDC provides FREE information, referral assistance and support to families and professionals. In addition, it offers Neonatal Intensive Care Unit follow-up and parent education programs.
