NYS School Age High-School Equivalency program

A Branch of Regional Programs and Services

The NYS School Age High-School Equivalency program prepares students who will not graduate with their class because of credit deficiency, but are otherwise capable of completing graduation requirements, to achieve their high school equivalency diploma.

  • Students attend class Monday through Friday from 10:50 a.m. – 1:50 p.m.

  • Students work independently on an individualized plan, as well as in groups.

  • The length of the program varies according to the student’s age, academic ability, and work ethic.
