NEW! Electronic Sign-Out Process

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: What is a QR Code?

A: A QR Code is a bar code which gives you quick access to websites without having to type or remember a web address using a smartphone or device.

Q: How do I receive a QR Code?

A: As you arrive at a parent meeting, you will be provided with a QR Code along with a Parent Group Ticket Number.  The QR Code allows you to access an electronic form to sign-out.  You will be required to complete the form by providing the information requested, such as the Parent Group Ticket Number, the school district your child attends, the student's name, and your name, etc.

Q: What is the purpose of the Parent Group Ticket Number?

A: The Parent Group Ticket Number is a unique number which can only be used one time to receive attendance credit for your participation. Please note: If a ticket number is used multiple times, no one will receive credit for that meeting.
