Penfield student T'Keira Mack has earned the Monroe One Educational Foundation's scholarship!

The Penfield senior has plans to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she will study accounting and political science.

T'Keira was nominated by the Urban-Suburban team who saw her dedication to her education and her passion in her studies. T'Keira currently has a GPA of over 100.

The Monroe One Educational Foundation's scholarship is for graduates focusing on post-high school education and workskills to prepare them for competitive employment. The Foundation was established to foster, encourage, and enrich academic programs for Monroe One students. The Foundation works collaboratively with educational and business leaders to raise funds and award grants to staff and students.
