LaShard Lowry Jr. has been a dedicated member of the Urban-Suburban program since the first grade, excelling both academically and athletically. Maintaining an impressive 3.8 GPA, he has consistently demonstrated the discipline and determination required to succeed in the classroom and beyond.
On the court, LaShard has been a standout player since his sophomore year, serving as the leading scorer for three consecutive seasons on the varsity basketball team. His talent, leadership, and commitment to the game have earned him numerous accolades, including:
- All-Tournament Team – Class AA (2023)
- All-Tournament Team – Class AAA (2024, 2025)
- All-League First Team – Monroe County Division I (2024)
- Division I Player of the Year (2025)
- University of Albany Multicultural Award Recipient
- 4th player in Fairport School history to reach 1,000 career points
- 2nd leading scorer in Section V AAA
Beyond his athletic achievements, LaShard has embodied excellence through his character and work ethic, seamlessly balancing sports, academics, and personal growth.
