Setting your notification preference for your student's daily health screening

Moving forward, the daily COVID-19 health screening will be sent to you based on your notification preference from ParentSquare. The options include an email, phone call, or text message with the direct link. You can also download the free ParentSquare App or log onto the ParentSquare website to fill out the screening.

Please note: EMCC and Multi-Occ/FOCUS students are asked to complete the health screening from their home district and will not be utilizing ParentSquare for this form.

Please take the time now to update your notification preference:

  • Select ‘My Account’ on your home page by hitting the down arrow next to your name in the upper right corner.

  • Select ‘Customize your settings’ under Notification Settings.

  • Select your preferred settings.

At this time, it is not possible to disable this feature for students who are 100 percent remote. We do ask students who are in-person and hybrid to complete the screening every morning.

The screening form will also ask you to fill out specific symptoms your Monroe One BOCES student may have. There is an option you can select to auto-fill the form with the answer ‘no’ to all questions if your student does not have any COVID-19 symptoms.  

We appreciate your continued patience as we use this new platform as a tool to ensure the health and safety of all of our students and staff. In the near future, ParentSquare will be used for more than just the health screening. It will include communication from your student’s principal and teachers, along with permission slips and other forms.
