-
How are students selected for the program?
Posted by:The Urban-Suburban Program has a thorough selection process. Students are selected to participate in the program following a district-level review of student report cards, test scores, attendance records, and family/student interviews. Each application is reviewed based upon its own merit.
-
Can I select the school I would like my child to attend when applying for the program?
Posted by:No, you are applying to the Urban-Suburban Program, not a particular school or district. Remember, suburban districts must have space before they offer placement to our students. If your child is selected for an interview or offered placement and you decline, you forfeit your possible placement for that year and will have to reapply the following year if you are still interested in the program.
