The QR Code above is the live active code you can scan on this page. It will also be displayed on the screen at the end of each virtual meeting. It is active for 30 minutes after each parent meeting. The QR Code allows you to access an electronic form to sign-out. You will be required to complete the form by providing the information requested, such as the Parent Group Ticket Number (displayed at virtual meeting), the school district your child attends, the student's name, and your name, etc.
Families are now able to sign-out of parent meetings virtually with either the link or QR Code below.
