Employees who are experiencing symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus, make sure you have completed the Daily Heath Check. If you have gotten tested, you need to do the following:

If you tested Positive and need an extended leave for treatment after the 10 CE days:
You would need to request a Leave of Absence through the Request for Leave - All Leaves (Form 1) form in Frontline Central. Each Situation Will Be Treated Individually but in general - If you qualify for Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), your benefits remain unchanged and your job is protected up to 12 weeks. You would use your Sick Days and once you’ve exhausted your Sick, you would then go unpaid.
