Session 1: Remedial Courses and New Courses
- July 14-July 29
- School in session Friday 7/11. Otherwise no school on Fridays.
- Session 1 courses include 1 credit remedial courses, half-credit new or remedial courses.
Session 2: Remedial Courses (continued) and Review Courses
- July 29-August 18
- No Fridays
- Session 2 courses include ALL review courses and half-credit new or remedial courses.
Local/Final Exams
- August 14 and 18
- Exams for courses without an aligned NYS Regents examination
Regents Exams
- August 19 and August 20

Open Registration Runs From: 6/3/2025 - 7/01/2025

Parents and caretakers: please contact your student's guidance counselor if you wish to enroll your student in summer school. Only school district officials have access to registration.

If your child is in need of interpretation/translation services for summer school and/or Regents exam testing, please contact your child's guidance counselor at their high school so that the counselor can request the service.

Remedial Courses - Offer students the opportunity to pass and receive credit for a course - Courses are scheduled for the full summer: 7/14/25 through 8/18/25.

Review Courses - Courses prepare students for Regents Examinations - Courses scheduled during the Second Session: 7/30/25 through 8/18/25.

As such, Cooperative Summer School may not be the best setting for students requiring significant academic or behavioral supports.
