Location of Summer School 2024

  • Summer school schedules will be available through the BOCES SchoolTool Portal on July 5th.

    This SchoolTool account will be new.

    If parents have a SchoolTool account from your district for the regular school year, this will be a different account. 

    If you have not received an email with your log-in account by 3PM on July 5th, please call the BOCES Summer School Main Office at 585-383-6635.


    • Instruction for all courses will be held in-person this year.
      • All classes will be held at Rush-Henrietta Senior High School 
        and East Irondequoit Middle School. 
      • Location is based upon home district; please refer to the chart below.

2024 Cooperative Summer School: 7/10 - 8/20

  • Please remember that Cooperative Summer School is a general education program. As such, Cooperative Summer School may not be the best setting for students requiring significant academic or behavioral supports. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us and we can review the needs of specific students together.

Cooperative Summer School Registration

  • Open Registration: 6/3/2024 - 6/30/2024

    Parents and caretakers, please contact your child's guidance counselor if you wish to enroll your student in summer school.  Only school district officials have access to registration.

Courses Offered at Cooperative Summer School


    • Remedial Courses - Offer students the opportunity to pass and receive credit for a course - Courses are scheduled for the full summer: 7/10-8/15.   

    • Review Courses - Courses prepare students for Regents Examinations - Courses scheduled during the Second Session: 7/30 - 8/15. 

    • Regents Exams - Offered at both Cooperative Summer School Sites: 8/19 - 8/20 - Please refer to the NYS August Regents Exam Schedule.

    • All courses will be offered in-person this year.

Interpretation / Translation Services at Cooperative Summer School

  • Please submit an Interpretation Translation Request Form  for students in need of interpretation/translation services at the time of registration. These requests require some time to process to ensure that we have appropriate interpreters scheduled for exams and other events throughout the summer.
