Creekside
In-person Instruction Days
2 - 4 days per week, phased re-entry for fully in-person instruction starting in the fourth quarter.
Remote Instruction Days
Students will participate in the following three days per week:
- Live virtual whole group lesson focused on social emotional learning targets/goals.
- Live virtual individual or small group core instruction mathematics and ELA lesson.
- Students may also be required to complete work/engage in independent practice of skills taught during live virtual or in-person lesson and other synchronous learning activities provided by teacher.
Special Areas
Students will receive special areas both in-person and virtually on remote days as outlined in weekly master schedule.
Related Services
Therapy will be scheduled and delivered in accordance with frequency and duration listed on each student’s IEP. Additionally, sessions will be delivered through a combination of in- person and tele-health models.

Transition
In-person Instruction Days
2 days per week, a return to in-person instruction will be phased in quarterly.
Remote Instruction Days
Students will virtually join in-person lessons/learning activities daily as outlined in students schedule.

Eastern Monroe Career Center (EMCC)
In-person Instruction Days
2 days per week:
- Cohort 1: Monday/Thursday
- Cohort 2: Tuesday/Friday
Remote Instruction Days
Students will participate in the following three days per week:
- Live virtual lesson aligned to program and course standards/learning outcomes.
- Students may also complete work/engage in independent practice of skills taught during live virtual or in-person lesson and other asynchronous learning activities provided by teacher.
