      Description

      • The Creekside school-age classrooms are designed to meet the comprehensive, sensory, behavioral and learning needs of students in a center based environment. Students are provided individual programs that may include supports and services such as speech/language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, music therapy and/or counseling. Students participate in core academics within the classroom and transition to special subjects such as physical education, art, music, home and careers, health and vocational experiences. Beyond a rigorous academic program, Creekside focuses on developing daily living and pro-social skills for all students. All daily activities and lessons are designed to promote functional skill development.  Students are provided with opportunities within the classroom as well as within the community (Community Based Instruction) to practice and generalize these skills.
