The Creekside 12:1:4 Day Treatment program is offered in partnership with Hillside Children's Center. This program supports students with dual diagnoses, specifically, intellectual disability with co-occurring mental health diagnoses. Hillside provides the clinical and psychiatric services to the students and their families, coordinates with community service providers, and provides ongoing treatment and consultation. BOCES provides the educational, paraprofessional, and vocational staff for this program. The focus of day treatment is to provide comprehensive mental health care in the context of the school environment that offers a functional skills curriculum to prepare our youth for transition into the adult world.
