This service provides the needed components for implementing online courses into school districts. The service includes initial implementation planning, coordination, content review, facilitator and instructor training, as well as ongoing technical assistance and support. Districts may elect to utilize the teachers and facilitators provided or work with BOCES to develop qualified online faculty within their district. The curriculum utilized may also be adjusted as appropriate. Curriculum content hosting through a learning management system, such as Blackboard, is another component to this service.
