This service provides the music for students participating in area state and county music festivals. The music is cataloged and currently available on request for supplementary music performances by schools that are members of both the Monroe County School Music Association and the Music Library.

This service includes a discounted fee for student participation in the Monroe County School Music Association All County Festivals, allowing rights to borrow music and, in most cases, have it delivered through the Courier Service.
