This service provides for the loan of library and computer software by public school districts to non-public schools pursuant to Sections 711, 751 and 752 of the NYS Department of Education Law. This includes the collection and processing of loan requests from non-public schools, ordering and payment of product from vendors, receipt, labeling and delivery of library books and software programs requested by non-public schools. This service also includes monitoring expenditures against the state mandated aid allocations, all vendor contact, interfacing with non-public school personnel, inventory lists of purchases and chargeback totals for school district reporting requirements.

Basis for Charge: Base Charge plus 505.050 Building Charge
