Bid Plus is designed to assist purchasing departments with bid processing procedures. It provides maintenance of bid information with provisions for unlimited number of item categories, as well as a history file of previous bids. There are four record types: awarded, solicited, master and history. BidPlus has an extensive selection of reports; including detail and summary bid comparison listings, common item comparison by vendor, cost distribution listing and vendor frequency report. School district and BOCES purchasing departments control all file maintenance and processing of reports.
