How do I request prints of a Computer File?

  • Choose one of the following ways to submit your job:

    • Submit your job using the Imaging Center electronic "Drop Box" (Note: If you are submitting a Boardmaker file, please email it to the address below instead of attaching it in the Drop Box form);

    • OR email your file, copy code and detailed instructions to: carol_hill@boces.monroe.edu;

    • OR bring the file on a CD or USB flash drive to the Imaging Center. You will need to fill out an Imaging Center Request Form (available at the Imaging Center).

How do I request copies (or a scan) of an Original (hard copy)?

  • Choose one of the following ways to submit your job:

    • Stop in the Imaging Center and place your staple-free original(s), along with an Imaging Center Request Form, in our in-box;

    • OR Inter-office mail your staple-free original(s) along with an Imaging Center Request Form to the Monroe #1 BOCES Imaging Center.

    NOTE: Imaging Center Request Forms can be picked up at the Imaging Center.

When and where do I Pick Up my order?

  • On the date you indicate (at least 48 hours from when we receive your request), you can pick up the copies in the Imaging Center lobby: Foreman Center, Room E6. If you are not located at the Foreman Center, the copies will be mailed to you at the address you indicate.

    Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 6:30 am–2:30 pm. Sorry, no walk-in/rush jobs.

My office has a desktop printer/copy machine. When should I use the Imaging Center services instead?

  • The Imaging Center is the place to go to save time and money when you need:

    • A large number of prints or copies;

    • To print something on paper that is too large for your desktop printer or copier;

    • Help polishing up the design of your project;

    • Folding, cutting, binding or other finishing services.
