Each school year, families must submit:

• Letter of Intent (LOI)
• Individual Home Instruction Plan (IHIP)
• Quarterly Reports (4 total)
• Annual assessment
  
  

• It is preferable that all documents be emailed as PDFs
  
  
• Email required documents on or before their due date to:

  • Homeschool_Monitoring@boces.monroe.edu
    
    
• All required documentation must be completed and submitted before the next Letter of Intent can be accepted.
