• Documentation Required for Homeschooled Students

    • Each school year, families must submit:
       
      • Letter of Intent
      • IHIP
      • Quarterly Reports (4 total)
      • Annual assessment

     

    It is preferable that all documents be emailed as PDFs

    Email required documents on or before their due date to:

    and
    Homeschool_Monitoring@boces.monroe.edu

    All required documentation must be completed and submitted before the next Letter of Intent can be accepted.
