Documentation Required for Homeschooled Students
- Each school year, families must submit:
- Letter of Intent
- Quarterly Reports (4 total)
- Annual assessment
It is preferable that all documents be emailed as PDFs
Email required documents on or before their due date to:
Kristen.Larsen@hflcsd.org and Christina.Dorland@hflcsd.org
All required documentation must be completed and submitted before the next Letter of Intent can be accepted.
