Transition Programs & Agency Fair

    Meet with representatives from community agencies and from Monroe One’s Transition Programs to learn more about the range of opportunities available to support students as they transition from school-age programs to adulthood.

    PARKING: There will be plenty of spots in the main lot of the Foreman Center.

    Please enter through Door #1 of the main awning, labeled Creekside School and Visitors Entrance.

    Once inside, you will find signs leading you to the cafeteria where we look forward to meeting you!
