  • How do I know what forms to fill out for my event?

    Great question! 

    If you would like to have an author or illustrator come to your school, please fill out the Celebrities in the School Request Form (CIS).

    If you would like to have your students to go the Zoo, Springdale Farm, Ganondagan, you need to fill out a BOCES Exploratory Enrichment Request Form (BEE). 

    If you would like to schedule a theatrical event, a play at GEVA, musical event, etc, please fill out a BOCES Art Request Form (BART).

  • Can I hold my AIE event after school?

    Events can be held after school if they are tied to a day time event. For example, an author presents to students during the day and remains at the district for an event for parents and students.

  • What fees are considered aidable?

    I'm glad you asked!  Expenses that are considered aidable are event fees, tickets, etc.
