We serve a highly diverse organization of over 1,800 employees, comprised of approximately 600 professional staff and 1,200 support staff.

Monroe One employees support more than 80 different programs and services for our 10 component school districts on the eastern side of Monroe County, as well as programs for area employers and adult learners. 

Our office provides a variety of services, including:

• new employee orientation;
• payroll;
• benefits information;
• Employee Assistance Program (EAP);
• and employee counseling.
