Timesheet Schedule/Pay Dates and Holidays
Employees can be paid with two methods, salary and/or timesheet.
If you are being paid by Timesheet and not on Salary, you will only be paid for the hours you worked during the pay period. Your department will approve your time worked and print a timesheet to send to Payroll for each pay period. In addition, Timesheet positions are paid on a lag of at least two weeks and there is a specific Timesheet Schedule for each school year for when timesheets are due in Payroll and will be paid.
Salaried pay is paid to the current pay day; there is no delay.
