Mutual of Omaha Life Insurance (BOCES-Paid)
BOCES pays for every full time employee (working over 20 hours a week) to have $5,000 Life and $5,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage through Mutual of Omaha. This benefit ends with an unpaid leave of absence or with any separation of employment with BOCES.
You must designate at least one beneficiary for this policy.
