Monroe One Longevity Payments

Monroe One provides a longevity award upon completion of a specific number of years of full-time continuous employment. Only certain bargaining units offer these awards. All eligible unit members will be given a single longevity payment on the last payroll in August.
The amounts listed on this page reflect what is in the current contract and may change as contracts change.

BPA Unit (Monroe #1 BOCES Paraprofessional Association)
Completion of the years of full-time continuous employment:
- 5 through 9 years: $300
- 10 through 14 years: $500
- 15 years through 19 years: $700
- 20 years or more: $1,000
- 5 through 9 years: $300

BUSS Unit (BOCES United Support Staff)
Completion of the years of full-time continuous employment:
- 5 through 9 years: $200
- 10 through 14 years: $400
- 15 years or more: $600
- 5 through 9 years: $200

PSP Unit (Monroe #1 BOCES Professional Support)
Completion of the years of full-time continuous employment:
- 5 through 9 years: $325
- 10 through 14 years: $525
- 15 years or more: $725
